- Shop Operations: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and quality control.
- Sales & Revenue: Drive sales and profitability through effective strategies and upselling.
- Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks, including estimates, payments, and recordkeeping. Manage the flow of paperwork, including manuals, invoices, repair orders, and maintenance records. Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive service management or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills. Must be a self-starter that can work with little guidance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive repair procedures and diagnostics (preferred).
- Proficient in computer software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, shop management software).
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (required).
